A community event to teach anyone keen to learn self defense skills. Any age and gender were invited to come along and give it a go.
Women's Self Defence Seminar.

This was open to females of any age to learn basic self defense techniques. It was a 3 hour session and everyone received a certificate. It was a lot of fun!
